TB Davis Security is always accepting applications. We are looking for both experienced and entry-level officers. Criminal justice students, police academy graduates, and former military are highly encouraged to apply. We hire security officers who exhibit the following characteristics:

TB Davis is an equal opportunity employer, however, the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) requires security officers be at least 18 years old.


 The first step in our hiring process is to download and complete an application for employment. You will also need to make copies of your California Guard Card and all permits and certificates of continued training which was mandated by BSIS, Former military candidates please include a copy of your DD 214 to obtain your military preference points. Once you have successfully completed the employment application, and made copies of your certifications, permits, and DD 214 (if applicable) you can mail the packet to:

If you have the capabilities, you may scan and email your completed application and other pertinent paperwork to this email address.

If you do not have a scanner, there are several smartphone apps that can be used to create pdf files. This option may be used if you would like to email your application packet to us.

 Candidates who meet the qualifications will be placed on our eligibility list, and we will contact these individuals for oral testing.
